  HOW TO BOOK YOUR HAIR CONSULTATION

Due to the nature of my business I require a $25 Natural Hair Consultation Fee for everyone that is interested in booking a FACE TO FACE hair appointment with me.This applies to all NEW CLIENTS who.....HAVE read all of the information on this website in its entirety and you are ready to set your appointment date.Your first step will require you booking a hair consultation with me....If you would rather do your hair consultation via text or email I will need for you to send me over 2-3 pics of your hair in its current condition.Please advise me upfront if you currently have any skin/hair disease such as alopecia/lupus etc.If this is the case and if you are emailing me your pics please send pics that focus on your areas of concern. A consultation is needed to determine if I am able to do your hair and also to determine your hair texture,head size and hair color.This consultation is mainly for those individuals whose  hair is breaking and thinning badly and you would prefer for me to see your hair up close to determine if I am able to actually do the service for you based on the condition of your hair.

FACE TO FACE HAIR CONSULTATION:

If you are coming in for a face to face consultation you are welcome to pay your consultation fee $25 (upfront)at your consultation.During your consultation we will discuss a time and date that will work best for the both of us for your hair appointment..At your consultation I will also tell you your hair deposit amount.You are welcome to pay your hair deposit at your face to face hair consultation OR You can make your hair deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram.

ALL HAIR DEPOSITS ARE NOT DEDUCTED FROM THE HAIR SERVICE COST.

During your consultation we will discuss your hair needs. I will also analyze your scalp and the health of  your hair. I can then make recommendations for you based on this information, and will be able to provide a quote on your cost.I take my services seriously and only want to help take care of your natural hair needs.

BOOKING YOUR FACE TO FACE HAIR CONSULTATION

Your hair  consultation process is very important.  It is at this time that you and I will agree on your styling preference.The same exact pictures that you see on this website are in my possession at the salon.When I see you I am able to establish what would absolutely look and work the best for you and your hair.It is crucial that all of your questions and concerns are adequately and satisfactorily addressed before you sit in my chair  on your appointment day.Please have an open mind to suggestions from me that will accentuate your God-given beauty. Keep in mind that once you walk in the salon for your appointment, it’s your time,and I want you to leave happy with your style. Please remember that when your services are complete and you leave the salon,  you agree that you are pleased with the services. This is important because all payments for all of my  services are final and non refundable.You will lose your hair deposit if you do not keep your hair appointment.You will also have to repay a new hair deposit when rescheduling your new appointment.

 

 

Your hair consultation will either be over the phone by email or by text message.Your hair consultation is free of charge.I will text/or email you back your hair deposit price quote as well as your Loc Extension Service Quote.You will need 3-4 pics ready to either email or text to me to review.Once I review your pics I am then able to tell you your hair deposit amount.Depending upon the hair service that you are requesting a hair deposit may be required.

IF you are out of state/out of the country or if you are a local resident but you are too busy to stop by the salon for a consultation ,you can feel free to email me 3-4 pics of your hair in its current natural state.I or my assistant Charles will follow up with you and that will be your natural hair consultation.You will also need to pay your consultation fee in order to receive a consultation.

Do to the nature of the business I require a natural hair consultation from each person prior to your appointment.
  
For people who have hair thinning issues or breakage it is a good idea to come into the salon for a face to face consultation or send very clear pictures of your hair and focus on the thinning areas so that I am able to see your hair in a 360 degree turn.

For Loc Extensions- Loc Repair and Most Natural Hair Services that utilize extension hair will require a NONDEDUCTIBLE hair deposit that can range anywhere from $200 to $400 depending upon the length of the extensions that you are choosing as well as the type of natural hair service you are requesting.The thickness of your hair as well as the size of your head can also be a determining factor in  your hair deposit amount..You are required to pay your hair deposit 48 HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE SET YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH ME .

Your hair deposit is nondeductible from your total price.During your face to face consultation I will have a Loc Extension hair waiver that you will need to sign at your appointment.If not you will be able to sign your waiver at your actual hair appointment.The waiver is an agreement between the both of us that will state information about your hair as well as information about the type of service that you are requesting.You are welcome to pay your hair consultation online or you you can in person at your consultation.
